Common questions
How do I book a charter?
Send us your route, date and number of passengers through the quote form, WhatsApp or a call to our flight desk. We confirm aircraft availability and send a quotation, usually within minutes.
How is a charter priced?
Billing is based on actual flying time, measured from chocks off to chocks on. A minimum of two flying hours is charged per day, and quoted flying times assume nil wind, so final billing may differ slightly from the estimate.
When do I need to pay?
Full payment in advance is required to secure the aircraft. All payments are made in favour of Halo Airways Pvt Ltd.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling 48 hours to one week before departure costs 25% of the charter price. Cancelling 24 to 48 hours before costs 50%, and cancelling less than 24 hours before costs the full charter price.
