Booking and payment

1. Full payment in advance is required to secure the aircraft.
2. All payments are to be made in favour of Halo Airways Pvt Ltd.
3. Quotations are valid subject to the availability of aircraft and crew.

Flying time and billing

1. A minimum of two hours of flying time is charged per day.
2. Quoted flying and block times are approximate. Billing is based on actual hours flown, over and above the estimated flying time.
3. Flight timings are calculated assuming nil wind. Billing is based on actual time from chocks off to chocks on.

Crew layover

For prolonged halts at a station within one day, the charterer arranges lodging at a five‑star hotel, boarding and local transport for the crew. Alternatively Halo Airways can arrange these at extra cost.

Operations

1. All flights are subject to ATC clearance.
2. Weather, wind, fog or visibility may change schedules or cause diversions.
3. Halo Airways may cancel a flight in any situation caused by bad weather or a technical issue.
4. No dangerous goods may be carried on board.
5. For helicopter charters the helipad is the client's responsibility. Halo Airways will guide the setup and permissions.

Foreign passengers

Names, nationality, passport number and passport issue and expiry dates must be provided well in advance so the required permissions can be obtained.
