Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total charter cost, based on how long before the scheduled departure the flight is cancelled.
Cancellation charges
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure: 100% of the charter cost.
- 24 to 48 hours before scheduled departure: 50% of the charter cost.
- 48 hours to one week before scheduled departure: 25% of the charter cost.
Cancellations by Halo Airways
Halo Airways may cancel a flight in any situation caused by bad weather or a technical issue. All flights are subject to ATC clearance.
